Colonel E. S. Terry of Danville, Ills. is hereby appointed Sanitary Agent for the State of Illinois, to visit the Regiments of Illinois troops in the Departments and Armies of the Ohio & Cumberland. and Field and General Hospitals wherever Illinois sick and wounded soldiers may be found.

All Agents of the State in the field will cooperate with Colonel Terry and aid accomplishment of his mission

General Officers Commanding Armies and Departments are respectfully requested

to furnish transportation and permits to secure uninterrupted transit of Col Terry through the Army for the purpose stated and any and all other facilities which can be consistently afforded and which would serve to aid him in discharge of his duties.
