Dear Snyder:
The Governor has played truant, he said he was coming to Washington, instead of which, we hear of him on his way to New Orleans! Can you let us know when he will probably be here?
Please send me a couple of those blanks for making out accounts, the same Governor sent to me for my signature for Dr. Filbut.
