Colonel. I am directed by His Excellency Governor Yates. to request you send him immediately if possible, a certified copy of the Muster-in Roll of Capt Siebel Co of the 8th Regt. Ills Vol Infantry---also if it has yet been returned a copy (certified) of the Descriptive Roll of same Co. It is desired to use in giving sub-districts & Coparties proper credit in view of ensuing draft Early reply will be gratefully considered
