Description
The Jacksonville State Hospital Band forms up. Opening in 1851, the Jacksonville State Hospital became the state's first asylum for mentally ill and developmentally disabled patients. It was later renamed the Jacksonville Developmental Center, and closed its doors in November, 2012.
