with pleasure I would ask you to please to transfer me to my own State, (Illinois) where I long to come Because I don't get the care here I ought to have and as I am not well and in midling bad helth now, and have been over two month and a half and I want to come to my own State to recruit up and get well Beens that is the order and bens they do not use a man as he ought
to be used here they do not govern this Hospital as they do at Nashville Tennisee
So then if you can and will pleas do transfer me soon as possible
and Beens I live near quincy Illinois; I prefer to be tranfered to quincy Illinois
