Sir,

I hav the honor of communicating to you for information in Regard to the new organisition of Companies under the late call. Seeing that there could be a Company of Cavl Raised in Coles Co ills havin been in the Cav Service for 3 years and hav Reeinlisted as a Vetran. and being Desires of Going into a Company from My own State as I now belong to the 3d Mo Vol Cav having been trasfered from the Freemont Ranger Batalion to the 3d Mo Cav. if thare Would be alowed Such a new orgnisition as this I am confident thare could be a picked lot of Men Raised for one company of Cav for one year.
