Mssrs D.C McClain and John McClain by who this will be presented, desire to have an interview with their relatives, William B. McClain of Co [A?]. 10th Texas & Wm R McClain 11th Texas Regts. who are at present confined prisoners of war at Camp Douglas. I am informed that these two prisoners have expressed a desire to take the oath of allegiance and to remain in Illinois during the war.
