Mr Governor R. Yates
Dear Sir
As I have raised Co of Militia in this Prairie And made out the muster calls and sent them to the Adjutant Gen. and have not heard from them. And the Co being ancues to get their Arms as soon as possible. I have forty nine in the Co.
We hope Governor that you will use your influance towards haven the Arms sent.
