I am in possession of information which leads me to believe that a gang of thieves some of which are residents of this state & some of Missouri are plundering the U S Government and citizens of Missouri of property and sending it to this state for sale

Government blankets is a portion of the property

Their operations have been in a portion of the state that I am well acquainted with & always has been in possession of the Unionists
