Dear Sir: You will please give permission, subject to your regulations in such cases to Mrs. Colt and Mrs. Corrington to sell cakes, pies, corn-bread & apples through the camp under your command.
They are respectable & worthy women, as I am informed, and are honestly striving to support their families.
