I have the Honor to report to you that there is Men in these parts who has in thier possesion the knowelage of A large Amount of Arms & Ammunition Belonging to the K G C which I am informed they are to be distributed Among that Class in the Spring for the purpose of Bushwhacking My informant is A Reformed Coper head the reason that I write to you in private is for fear of this Becoming public if this information which i Speak will Be of an advantage I will Report progress
