Sir. The undersigned citizens of Jacksonville Ill [illegible] pleasure in stating that Mr. John D. Strong, Post Master at this place, has discharged the duties of the office, since his appointment in 1861 to the general satisfaction of the public; and so far as we are able to judge or [con ? illegible] with ability; We know of no good reason for his removel
