Dear Dick
You wrote to me that you had inclosed a Deed to me that I had sent you for your signature but failed to put it in the envelope I wish you would send it to me immediately as I promised to deliver it soon. I hope you will not fail to send it
I have closed up the trade with Wesley and hope I have done well in selling out the other pieces.
I am not very well to day or I would write you more at length. I will write more in a few days
