The Agricultural Board of Winnebago County has instructed me to write you inviting you to give us an annual Speech upon Thursday 21st of September next. No one would receive a heartier welcome because eh services of no man in our State has been more appreciated in the past than those of our former Governor in the perilous and treacherous times of disloyalty and interveine war.
