Hon Richard Yates
Our Central committee observing that you have a [nears?] from the 6th to the 12 of Oct, have fixed upon the 10t of that month to hold a mass meeting here. The Last we shall have and the Largest too,. and have directed me to address you and to ask you to Join with us on that day and make us a speech. Our people are anxious to hear you and I hope you may satisfy their anxiety by advising me that you will be here
We expect no other speakers than Palmer Browning & yourself.
