Dear Govr I have collected the amount of Col. Rutherford's account and had it placed to your credit in Bunn's Bank. Mr Bunns informed me at the same time that there was something over Five Thousand Dollars left of the "Subscription fund". I infer from this that some of the Subscribers have lately paid their Subscription.

Nothing new at the office. Will write when anything of note occurs.
