Elias Babcock Private 7th Ills Batt'y has been in Brown's U. S. Hospital No 7 Louisville since April last and desires to be transferred to some Hospital in this State. If consistent with public interests, I would request that he be transferred to General Hospital at Quincy or Camp Butler.
