Will you authorize Capt Eddy, Quarter-master here, or appoint some other officer to receive from State Quarter-master the supplies he has on hand and to be delivered, such as horse equipments &c. which the Quarter-master says do not come under his jurisdiction? Or, shall the State Quarter-master distribute them to the troops as heretofore?
