Everything is moveing anlong well at the Capital, and all troops throughout the state are rapidly moving to the field as ordered.

No prisoners of war have arived at Camp Butler yet, preparations are however being made for them, and Adjutant General Fuller will have Camp Douglas prepared. I expect him down tonight.

The Convention are now anxious to show their loyalty by appropriating $500,000 for wounded soldiers!!!
