I am directed by Brig. Gen. L. A. Gillman, Comg this District, to state that your communication of Feb 6th. inst. in regard to Wm. B. Rea now in Hospital at this place, was received this day and immediately referred to the Medical Director, who has placed the following endorsement thereon.

Wm. B. Rea will be presented to the examining board tomorrow afternoon for discharge "from service."
