Dear Brother
A particu- friend of mine Joseph Edwards is a clerk in the Adjts Office of the 7th. Ill Cav desires to enter into the Navy School at Annapolis Md. or where it may now be established.
I am not particularly posted in regard to Navy Schools at present. Will you be so kind as to instruct me how he may be transferred.
