Know all men by these presents that we Henry Sinco and Charly Maltby are heto and firmly bound unto the County [illegible] of Sangamon County in the Sum of five hundred dollars to which payment will and truly to be [illegible] bond our selves our heirs executors and administrators firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 4 day of August 1832. The condition of this obligation is such that whereas the above [illegible] Henry Sinco was elected Constable in Sangamon County area New Salem precinct, now if the said Henry Sinco shall faithfully discharge the duties of said office by serving all [illegible] legally to him [illegible] all monies which may come to his hands by virtue of said office and do and [illegible] all things appertaining thereunto according to law - then this obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to be and remain in full force and effect in law signed sealed and delivered the 8th [illegible] 1832 C R Maltby [illegible] Henry Sinco seal Charles Maltby seal
