At an Election held at, Jacksonville in the county Morgan, and State of Illinois, on the second day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty, the following named persons received the number of votes annexed to their respective names, for the following described offices, to wit:
Adam W. Snyder had One Hundred and fifty votes for Elector.
Isaac P. Walker had One Hundred and fifty votes for Elector.
John W. Eldredge had One Hundred and fifty votes for Elector.
