Dear Sir,

I wrote you sometime since making a proposition in regard to the Snyder debt. I expected that if it was received it would be acted on at once

I shall be at Saint Louis next week say from the middle to the last. I should like to see or hear from you there at least by the 22nd And I hope you will then be prepared with the whole or greater part at least of the money= My instructions now are to close up the concern. And the proposition made cannot be extended or continued if not promptly complied with
