Dear Sir: enclosed please find Declaration & prae. for summons in case of Sewell admr &c vs Towner et. al. please issue accordingly, also find prae. for witnesses in change of Venue case of People &c vs George High. Sewell is a non-resident of this state and as you will perceive by reference to the papers, I have entered myself security for costs. I presume you will approve the bond.
