AMERICAN DRAMATIC FUND ASSOCIATION

I, Thomas Child Noxon born in the city of Montreall Canada the Twenty first of October in the year 1831 and now of the Town or City of New Orleans am desirous of becoming a member of the AMERICAN DRAMATIC FUND ASSOCIATION, and of subscribing to the same; and I do hereby declare, that I shall attain the age of Twenty Five years on my next birth day, and have been three years in the Profession; and I do hereby agree, that if any untrue averment is contained in THIS DECLARATION, all moneys which shall have been paid by me, or on my account, shall be forfeited. And I do hereby consent that my interest in said Association shall be subject to the RULES AND REGULATIONS thereof.
