And for a Replication to said Cause - so far as the the Bill and the allegations therein denied - the plaintiff or complainant in said Bill [says?] that the allegations in said Bill are true in substance & in fact and that the answer, Except as aforesaid, is untrue in substance in fact and this the said Complainant is ready to prove according to the practic & rules of this court.-
