To-day, July 9, 1861, Miss Isabella Dorsey, of Baltimore, presents the name of her brother - Theodore C. Dorsey - to be a cadet at West Point. He will be sixteen years of age the 19th of November this year. When he shall be old enough, I should like to oblige his sister.
