I, Richard Yates, Governor of the State of Illinois, hereby certify that the following named persons were elected Electors for President and Vice President of the United States, in the State of Illinois, at an Election held in said State for Electors of President and Vice President of the United States, on Tuesday, the eighth day of November, A.D. 1864, as appears from an abstract of the returns of said Election made by the County Clerks of the several Counties, and now on file in the office of the Secretary of State of this State, to wit:
