form you, that, at a statute meeting of this

Society, held the 15th. instant. you were elected

one of its Honorary members.

A copy of the Society's constitution [Vc.?] is

respectfully submitted with this announcement.

Will your Excellency please oblige the Society,

by informing the Secretary in writing, if it is a

greeable to you to accept this appointment.
