Affidavit of James G. Blaine
            Description
Robert Todd Lincoln, Wayne MacKeagh, and William Windom sign an affidavit of James G. Blaine as trustees of the Richmond and Allegheny Railroad regarding company stock purchased by Blaine. The document is accompanied by an affidavit signed by James G. Blaine (then Sec. of State) requesting the restoration of his stock certificates lost or destroyed.  A few years previous to this, Blaine had been accused of corruption in his relations with some railroad companies.
