On a former occasion I tendered you my survices either in a civil or Military capacity. You responded that the civil list was full, and that you hoped in God, Military survice would not be wanted, but that you would do for me what you could when oppurtunity offered. I referred you to Hon O. H. Browning Hon W. Kellogg & W. I. Rutledge. I repeat my application, If you have use for me reply -
