I would respectfully request your attention to the cases of Capt. A Wilson & Lieutenants McDill of Co G. and Lt Hood of Co F 80th Regt Ills. Vols. captured with Shughts command at Rome Ga May 1863. - I desire to ascertain what information you have concerning their locality and probabilities for exchange. If arrangement for special exchanges could be effected I would feel obliged if you will remember the above Officers
