Sir is there a chance to get permission to raise a company of 1 year men to go into State service please inform me should there be a chance I wish Authority to recruit a Company inform me also the inducements offered to those so enlisting

If there is no chance for state service what chances are there for 1 years service in the field and what the inducements Is there any

need of Cavelry as the men seem anxious to join that arm of the Service
