As one of a committee on "arms, trophies, & curiosity shop" of the W.I. S.F., I write to ask you if it will be possible for me to secure for exhibition the various flags & mementoes of our many gallant Regiments - which I learn are in the State House? Whatever pledge or security is necessary, can be given. I shall be greatly obliged for whatever assistance your can render in this matter.
