Your Kind favor saying you enclosed a recom mendation of my son George G. Wilson, as acting Master's Mate, is recd. for which I am obliged, but your Excellency by mistake, neglected to enclose the letter to the Secry. of the Navy, have the goodness to forward it by return mail and much oblige Your friend R.
