I have the honor to inform you that being satisfied, from copies of official proceedings placed in my hands, that it is the strong desire of the people of M. Lean County Olls. for Raid County to be consolidated for the purpose of the impending drafts in compliance with instructions from the Ero. Mar. General. I have this day ordered said consolidation to be made.
