I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your communication of Sept 15th and 16th. In compliance with your request I have the honor to state that Priv [I. H.?] Woolsey Co "L" 10th Ills Cav and Privts McMullen and McReynolds Co "B" 10th Ills Cav have already been furloughed and are now at home. Furloughs will also be given to Privates Greenwood & Cary Co "B" 10th Ills Cav upon your request
