Dear Sir
Can you oblige us by obtaining the transfer of Wallace B. Gage a citizen of Lake Co. of 96th Regt. from Hospital at Quincy Ill to Hospital at Chicago.
Sometime ago you informed us that you had applied for transfer of Samuel H Lindsay, and [illegible] [illegible] from Hospital at Keokuk Iowa to Chicago. Can you inform us what has been done in the matter. I do not know that the transfer has yet been made I hope you may urge it.
