    Being anxious to find a Son that Left Holm in Aprile Last part and Which i Have Reasons of Beliving Has Enlisted in Some Military Organization in your State I Had a few days Since a line from Lt A. C. Fuller saying the force in his office was inadequate to perform the Duty it would refuse to give me the information i Wanted 

  Please refer me to some person in Springfield Suitable to Excise the record Since April Last and the probable Expense of (Today)? and i Will forward all reasonable charge for doing the same as you will.   Much obliged.
