Dear Sir
as a soldiers Wife I apeal to you for asistance in geting my Husbands discharge he was wounded at the Battle of Chiamagua and taken prisoner of War Was paroled Came home in December stayed untill he was exchanged Went back to the Hospital he was Wounded in the thigh the cords are cut off he is of no use to the service and the Doctors tell him he never will be he is a criple for life I am alone here With thre little children With very poor heth Will you use your influence in geting his discharge his name is William c. Morse you will find him in Camp
