I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your communication, dated Sept. 27th 1864 in relation to the transfer, to an Illinois Hospital of Private Joseph Duffy Co H 104th Rgt. Ills Vol's. In reply I would respectfully state that he is "a fit subject for transfer"
