Sir;

I have the honor to state that in accordance with the requests contained in your communication of the 24th ult. and 5th inst. addressed to the Surgeon in charge of General Hospital at Evansville Ind. and by him referred to this office for authority the following Illinois Soldiers have been directed to be transferred to the General Hospital at Springfield Ills.
