To secure as far as may be uniformity in accounts, and to enable the Governor, at frequent intervals to know the financial condition of the state growing out of expenditures on account of the War it is
Ordered that the Quarter Master General, Commissary General, Commissioner to purchase Arms and all other departments of the Government connected with the military service authorized to contract indebtedness against the State, report to the Governor in writing once in each week all indebtedness incurred on behalf of the State during each week.
