Dear Sir your favour came to hand in my absance from home which has caused the delay in giving the information asked for I will now give you the names of some of our most active working union men withe there Post office address.

Snatchwine Station Putnam Co Henry Hunter Saml C Bacon Thomas Morgan

Hennipen Oaks Turner H K Zenov Wm Allen David Markley [Henry Cayson?] (who is Post Master) & Williamson [Durley?]

Granville Rev G. D. Henderson A.P. Dysent David L Child [Rev?] Wm McKnight and Daniel Holly The last named one is a very inteligent German who has done good Service for the cause among the Germans there are others I might give but this imbraces the most active influential working union Men in each neighborhood


which I suppose is what you deserve Should it be for the purpose of Sending documents for to impart information as to the importance of activity and energy in our coming Election next fall I would suggest that you direct all those intended for the Germans to Daniel Holly who can read either German or English I Shall be happy to serve you at all and anny time in doing anny thing in my Power to aid in putting down this Horid rebelion by giving you anny information that may be of Service to you
