Dr. Sir,

The Documents sent were received and have been to some extent distributed. They will all be scattered among the voters as far as they will reach. As far as I have been able to acertain the feellings of the people in this county, the exception is to find one in favor of the New Constitution. Unless sentiment takes a radicle change, but few votes will be found in favor of the New Constitution.


If any material changes takes place between this and the election---you will hear
