Sir

We the undersigned citizens of Rio Knox Co Ill address you in behalf of our fellow citizens in regard to a certain society said to be forming of the Union Men of the US Said Socs is known by the name of the "S B Association", We wish to know if it is truely a Union Movement and worthy the attention of the citizens of this community or if it be merely a "catch penny" movement. You will confer a very great favor by giving us any light on the subject
