I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your favor of the 2d inst. requesting the transfer of James Mc Munn 114 Regt. Ills. Inft to General Hospital Quincy Ills. In answer would state that by late orders individual transfers are now prohibited otherwise should be pleased to comply with request.
