Dear Sir I am informed that Col. Robert Moore of the 85th Regiment Ills Vols has or is about to resign. And he and his friends are making an effort to have another man appointed instead of promoting Liet Col C J Dilworth. I write this to present that injustice being done to Mr Dilworth.
