My orders were to move direct to St Louis as soon as companies were ready
Enclosed is a list of the companies of my Regiment, and their several locations at the present time. I have als noted oposite, the days on which I have ordered the companys to leave for St Louis.
The Master Rolls will be made out complete and Staff filled up and returned by next Monday at farthest.
Mr Ford will deliver this letter and confer with you fully about the interests of our Regiment. His appointment is well received by the command
